Myriad Wind Energy Systems is a startup founded by three renewable energy researchers based in Scotland.

Myriad Wind are designing the next generation of high-performance wind turbines. Their vision is to make wind energy more affordable, in particular to remote hard-to-reach locations, with modular design. They do this by ensuring they can fit all of the components of their turbines on standard HGV's.

They use SOLIDWORKS Structured Systems package and its built in FEA capabilities to make sure what they were developing was structurally sound.
